Created in the 19th century, this traditional winemaking estate was fully refurbished in 1996.

  • Artisanal Approach :40 hectares, production 140.000 bouteilles
  • Eco-friendly vine growing and tending techniques
  • "Lutte Raisonée" : from the vineyard to the cellar
  • Traditional methods & shallow-ploughing between the vines
  •  Controlled yields: 30 hectolitres / hectare - the highest expression of aromatic finesse and of terroirs
  • Planting of an old Mediterranean variety Mourvèdre to produce high quality wines.

  • Thermo-regulated vats - Cotrolled fermentation timing
  • Late assembly: Grape varieties are vinified separately. Wines are branded one year after successive tastings accompanied by some analysis.
  • Ageing in French oak barrels.
