Grape varieties: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Vinification: Grapes destemmed. Temperature-controlled fermentation. Extended maceration in tanks. Aged in French oak barrels

Tasting notes: A shiny garnet red. Intense, rich nose with grilled aromas of vanilla and ripe fruit. Aromas of liquorice and prunes on the palate with melted tannins. This pleasant wine with cellaring potential goes well with all sorts of red meat, poultry, grilled dishes and cheese.

Grape varieties: A balanced blend of two popular varieties
Merlot 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%

Vinification: Extended maceration in stainless steel tanks. Grapes destemmed. Temperature-controlled fermentation.

Tasting notes: An attractive garnet wine. The nose expresses notes of extremely ripe dark fruit and moves towards liquorice. The mouth is smooth and generous.
Any grilled meat. When served quite cool, goes equally well with red or white meat.
