Grape varieties:  A blend of three varieties based on our finest Carignan:
Syrah 60% Carignan 20% Grenache Noir 20%

Soil:  Calcareous clay, Traditional vinification for the other varieties
Vinification:  Grape destemmed. Temperature - controlled fermentation.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: This deep coloured wine has an intense, complex nose with notes of red and stewed fruit and hints of vanilla. In the mouth, the tannins are round with a smooth, spicy finish.
A versatile wine that brings out the best in authentic regional dishes, red meat, game and cheese.
Serve at room temperature.

A blend of three varieties: Carignan 50%, Syrah 30%, Grenache Noir 20%

Soil:  Calcareous clay,
Vinification: Carbonic maceration for the Carignan
Traditional vinification for the other varieties

Tasting notes: A lovely red colour. Powerful and complex nose with notes of liquorice and ripe fruit. Cocoa and liquorice flavours on the palate.
To be stored for many years, the ideal accompaniment for red meat, game and all kind of cheese.
